Ok... just to clear something: AfroFlight32 is the same (or another name for) as FunFly Controller Naze 32, correct? And this AfroFlight32 is the one available from AbuseMark? Or, am I totally confused here?

Thanks.

Can look!

This is outstanding, for obvious reasons. I will be having me one.

Question about the ESC. Will there be one size fits all or different versions, i.e 10A, 20A etc...?

Nah, just one size, around 30-40A, smaller stuff you can just reflash BlueSeries 12A or something..

Sounds good.

Is it possible, despite whatever a** grinding necessary, to port the CC code to this?

Actually, yeah. Since 64k chips still have 128k flash, its probably doable. There's no eeprom, so saving settings would have to go into last page of flash, etc. Anyway, it won't be me

Dunno, alt hold is not something I'm interested in. Contributions to improve it are welcome. I was told sampling and averaging bmp085 temperature sensor at lower rate and using the averaged data for pressure calculation results in close to 0.3meter RMS error, good enough for government work.
Also I'm not interested in pressure sensors that cost more than entire board.

Nah, no list. Trying to keep it a fun hobby, not a full-time job. They will be available when available. I have 3 left of this batch that I can send to people interested in improving the code.

Please TC, may I ask you for a brief tutorial on the build process? I have Keil uVision4 installed and it appears to be working. BTW, I have it running on a WindowsXP virtual machine on Linux. I will be installing Windows7 this weekend maybe.

The 'baseflight' project should be self-contained, all the dependencies (cmsis and stdperiph) are included. You should be able to hit F7 to build and find a .hex file in the obj\ directory.
You don't need any other stuff from googlecode besides baseflight.

Cool, I can understand keeping it a hobby .....

I'd be happy to be one of those "trying to help improve the code"

Do you have a working install of MDK-ARM and a compatible JTAG/SWD dongle?
Or maybe someone can contribute a makefile project to get this building with codesourcery.
The only non-portable stuff should be __irq_off() and __dmb(); stuff from keil - they need to be hidden behind #defines.

ugh, I really need to write some proper docs for this soon.

Not at this time...... not that I couldn't change that.

Probably only a matter of time...
