Yesterday was a washout for spring breakers. Hopefully today will be better with no rain. Thomas drive is already backing up and its 10:00am! With mud on the floor? J thinks its a easy fix by replacing the bottom door seal. Do you want to follow thru and see what he's willing to do?

The place in Jacksonville looked like chitt inside. It was a disaster. Glass on the floor dirt unlevel conrete and roof leaks. Local racers had it up and running quickly. If it's labor I know many would helpout for another indoor location for summer racing. I would.

Is the price right JB? If it is I'd scoop it up before someone else does.

It was nasty in my opinion . We did find mold and the back doors were the main issue with one damaged badly. Neither of them lifted up and down. One did not lock and both had major air gaps which allowed water to flow in when it rained. If cleaned up and try to make it work I don't know how long it would stay clean. Water and mud would return unless the doors were fixed. We thought if we walked away and demanded certain things to be fixed Ronald would call us back with a solution or give us a better rental price. We haven't heard back.

Personally I wouldn't mind cleaning it up and taking a chance on the space but once its cleaned as Ceri said it'll be dirty again with water run-off and mud. If he fixes the seals on the doors or re-adjust them then it'll be game on. As it is now I'll pass unless he and I can come to some kind of agreement.
