That's where I screwed up !!!

I kept putting it in the cart and then emptying the cart...when I went to put it in the cart the last time...it was out of stock...

Great idea! It might not be quite as secure, but what about just drilling through the axle just outside the wheel collar, and insert a cotter pin. Thanks for sharing the great tip. I'm doing a new build and will give your method a try.

No use the set screw as is. Drill a hole 90degs from it.

If there is enough shaft left, then okay. Our shafts usually fit into a wood block so we dont have room to drill there
