can't get my hummer up?

I just purchased the century h-bird and am having problems lifting off. It has the upgraded 370 motor and I am using a 2s etec 1200 battery. I have tried to "twist" more pitch into the main rotors and still no luck. is there something I am missing?

tracking tracking
an untracked blade where by image split occuring at anywhere from half to 3/4 throttle will render you hummer ground bound. sometimes it does not, but its best to ensure that splitting does not occur through the range. you'll be surprise how high your hummer fly after fixing its track
