Nice plate! I'll bet the "LOW" plate resides on a '85 Caprice with 30" rims.

There are lots of cars like that one here in San Jose, CA....IDJITS!! I saw an older vette with wheels and tires like that on it. Oh...and it was painted black and two "god awful" shades of green and purple... I wanted to strangle the driver for inflicting that on my eyes and brain!! (once seen it can not be un-seen)

Seen a late 60s firebird with 24 inch rims on it. It just doesn't look right at all. A lot of old chevy and Ford cars around here with huge rims too. Not my style I guess. You know dang well those cars ride like crap.

I road with a guy in town here to a meeting. He has huge rims and really low profile tires. I swear if we'd have ran over a nickle I could've told if it was heads or tails

It's not nice Matt. I flew Helicopters in the Army National Guard and I had 20/10 vision as well. It was amazing and I took it for granted. Now at 60 I am wearing just reading glasses but it stinks. It gets tough in some orientations too.

Those are probably "wraps" on the cars, and, you can get paid by companies to do that, as the car becomes a roving billboard....
