I'm charged, but we've got 2+ inches of Slush now! Afraid the salt laden slush at the parking lots will eat my axles, wire gear and wheels up later.

Seriously though, I always enjoy reading what you have to say... even when you aren't saying anything... which I probably enjoy the most. In fact, there are very few on here that I don't enjoy...
There's 2 ways to take this. I'll opt for it being a compliment...

Hmmm...........Hand launch and hover catch. Only if its a foamy though. We don't need to see any more safetyhawk accidents.

Probably too simplistic of an answer but here it goes... 3DHS always tries to recommend a servo that will not only provide enought torque, but also centers well, doesn't get sloppy over time ( has a ball bearing instead of just the case as a bushing ), is well supported by the manufacturer and still is as cost effective as the other attributes will allow...

So... the HS-45HB's are not going to provide the torque needed, the HS-55's get sloppy due to no top bearing and besides are also not strong enough since many users will use too much welders on the hinge... HS-82's are probably stronger than needed but again, no top bearing so would again get sloppy quickly, HS-85's are overkill...

The other brand/models that fit well into the specs they are looking for are usually more expensive ( such as Savox, Align ) and it may be overkill to put a digital in...

I won't go into the generic cheapies since that usually ends up in a lot of bickering and differences of opinions... but I'll say at this time I wouldn't use them given the choice... but that is IMO.

Thanks!
Plug them into a reciever and power them up before you install so they are already at center. Remember to have already "zero'd out" your transmitter travel settings etc before you power them up.
