Do we have any experts in corel draw here? We are trying to figure out how to print a white solid under another color so it will stand out against a dark background. When we print it just flattens the layers and the white layer doesn't print.

Try creating an outline around the color then convert outline to object then fill with white.
Make sure the dark background is in the back.
