Wow! For an idea that came out of thin air, your planning of tape stripes and fold lines is excellent. So how's it fly?

Yeah weather sucks big time!
Here in Montreal Its the worst spring weather we ever had in the last decade. Lots of rain, wind and cold weather. Hope we get a good summer here.

I thought that Part 3 will be maiden flight, but weather in Croatia didn't allow me to go at the field and make one.
So I have decided to do a simple paint job on this model.

im have way through buildin a yak 55 fun foamie.

trying to find somethnig thats club trainer friendly,a s with these things its not made easy. the requirements are something that can handle wind (atleast 10mph) and can take of and land and taxi.

im thinking something build like this as it has a fusalage that could hopefully hold landing gear and be able to runa long grass.

You could always scale up the Wot Next and fit landing gear and tail wheel

That might work, scaled closer to 40" wingspan. Id need to build a proper airfoil or actually get a premade wing. a flat wing would break prettye easily

The ones I made used a KFm-4 wing with a carbon spar but you could easily make an Armin wing if you want something closer to a proper aerofoil

SailPlane Tapered wing

I added a taper to my wings. It was a bit of a challenge. I used an Iron to melt the edges down instead of cutting the taper. This actually creates much stiffer and more durable control surfaces(Got the idea from a commenter on Ed's videos. The wing tips are made separately and instead of rolling the top longer than the flat bottom I made the bottom the longer part. Gluing and bending around that tapered edge was the tricky part. I added gorilla glue in right behind the hot glue so that it would build strength over time, the hot glue just acts as the initial hold.
