I have cut the spars, because I was not fond of the curve idea also.

OK, if I understand correctly, the control horn on the elevon should be as close to the hinge of elevons as possible, or should it be slightly over towards front of wing?
The holes where the push rod goes through, should be over the elevon hinge line.

Will 9g metal gear servos be good enough?
9g and metal gear is fine, but you should look at the torque rating of the servo.
Quote:
Do I install the servo arm 90 degree in neutral position or slightly off center and do the elevons travel equal up and down or more up than down?
If the horn fits at 90degree, its cool, otherwise mount them slightly towards the elevons. Elevator should travel equal up and down. Ailerons can have differential for better rolls, if you wish (more up than down).

Sorry if questions are stupid, I wanna take my time and do it right first time.
Thanx
No problem...these are not stupid questions. Hope this helps.

It was Northerly last Friday and because it was strong enough, we had a blast.

Lets hope its NNW or more NW as predicted by the Guru.

African: I will give you a ring before I go through.
