Last time I smacked a tree with it. I've decided that it's just too big to fly at my local park safely. Since I'm not in a club I'll probably fix it and sell it.

This little zero looks like it's tons of fun and the size will never be an issue.

Cheers
How did the p51 handle before hitting the tree?

Fly, be free! (splat)
Storage is easy too - it comes with a display stand and you can put it on your desk .

Fvi - this might be a little fast for your local park (or make sure no one is nearby). I've got the P-40 and it moves right along.

I will definitely buy a 25" Zero but I will probably go for the Kyosho aiRium
Zero since it's painted in the navy colors. Got a 25" F4U (Art-tech) already.
It's a delight to fly (with the Art-tech hardware replaced).

Got the E-flite P-40 struggled a bit before I got it right. I expected it to
behave much like my Kyosho Spitfire but it was much more tricky to fly.
Crashed badly many times before I got it right (reduced weight a lot ...)

I assume the E-flite Zero will be better than the P-40 since acc. to
rumors they've reduced weight small 4g servos etc.

Just some 25" F4U experience: Landing gear brackets need reinforcement
to stay in place. To land without damage on the stock F4U requires
a very very soft landing, not easy with a 25"

Its a beautiful model no doubt. Too small and expensive for my tastes.

Alternative spare parts:

The Art-Tech 3 blade F4U prop will probably fit on the Zero as it does
on the E-flite P-40 and Kyosho aiRium planes.
