Another flight today in just about perfect conditions with on board video. This time I used larger 5Ah set of batteries giving me longer fly time. Probably the best flying foamy in my fleet, stable as on rails at 8Kwatts output, vid follows, Joe.

Before my "Hawk" maiden flight today I took off with this "Twin Widow" to check how low was the cloud, almost losing the sight of the model being only some 100 feet up. Kept it very low, enjoy the bleak condition video footage before the sun came out, J. (vid. soon)

Had couple of flights today with the "Twin Widow" using large set of batteries and placed more forward, making it extremely nose heavy to see how it performs. Trying to work out the CofG position for my latest turbine powered foamy project I'm working on. Enjoy the on board footage next, Joe.

Sorry, too bussy building and accidentally uploaded wrong video footage, enjoy the "Falcon" flight anyway, Joe.

Visiting Grafton Club today, and flying in close to 40deg. heat, burning 45 000mA with my E-powered fleet, not bad for a Sundays work. See the spectacular video next, Joe.

One of yeterdays flights in close to 40deg heat at Grafton Club, enjoy the country side, Joe.

What an extreme weather, my last video post flying this model in 40 deg heat with fires all over the place and only some weeks later this place was twice flooded! Even our field was under, finally managed to cut it, enjoy my latest footage, Joe.

5 years on, time flies, still zooming around, just another perfect day burning few amps, had few flights today also using some very old batteries bit puffed up, quite a difference in performance, but still not in the mood to throw them out.

How many flight/time do you have on this over the years?
Mar 13, 2017, 04:15 AM
320, (3-5min.) flights so far, I don't know what I would do with out my "mum", the log book for each model to keep it under control. I have a large 3/D scratch built model with just under 2000 4-5 min. flights still with the original motor that was 3 times in the ocean's salt water after few mishaps. I just love the E-power, just plug it in and off you go, no tuning, no smell, no sticky mess, no noise etc.
