As an aside, for those with Nazas the new firmware allows you to select gimbal servo output rate 50/100/200/400Hz). Think this was added to the WKM previously.

Edit: not mentioned in the release notes, but there's more gimbal pitch throw too

I used wkm at 100hz and it is good for me with my hitec analog servos.it is still working a little delayed but it can usable for amateur video shots.
I think that higher refresh rates may damages analog servos.I did not try higher refresh rates, but I will.

Here's what I did to mine and I must say that now it's much more smoother on the roll axis

Hi!

I received my TwoDee V2 last week and I have had many, many frustrated hours building it.

I am a DIY guy and an engineer. TwoDee V2 is something I would build for my self at my garage, but it is not ready and completed product to sell on markets.

Normally on R&D you would design and build few prototypes and when got basic functions to work you would have few design and build rounds for DFM (Design for manufacturability). This step has evidently left disregarded.
Not to mention poor building instructions full off errors. There is no version control and content of the shipment may vary. Also there were some of nuts and bolts missing and some I had too many.

I also bought the three legged mount adapter for F550. I thought it would be nice to have completed ready designed solution for the landing gear. I was so wrong. I barely had it build, but there is no way I'm using it.
It is very flimsy and unstable. Mounting to F550 is terrible. I really much doubt that the four vibration dumbers have tenacity to hold the weight of camera, batteries and gimbal.

About the design:
The bearings could not roll as there is plastic spacer pushing against outer ring of the bearing.
Many of the drilled holes are not aligned on right place to easily fit.
Nylon standoffs and bolts can't handle much load.
You can't make needed precision for complicated design like this with material used.

To complete you will need:
Screwdrivers
Saw
Drill
Knife
File
Pliers
and you wish you had CNC

Anyway I'm going to fix it and I'm hopeful to get smooth movement with it by some modifications. It was kinda cheap and delivery was fast. Thanks!

Does the G.O gimbal mount to droidworx standard landing gear without any modifications?
