I finished mine this afternoon. I was hoping to get a test flight in before dinner. It seems I have an issue with one of my servos. When I go to tighten the screw to hold the servo arm in place it seems to slip on the arm and stroke all the way to one side. I felt it best to put it away for the night. It was getting close to meeting a sudden impact with the bottom of my foot. To bad, we have a indoor flight tomorrow that it looks like I will miss. Maybe next time.

Which servo is it? Just asking as if it's rudder or elevator you might have got the arms mixed up with one for the aileron, they are bigger and would slip.

Nope I wish it was. It's the 9 gram for the wing. I think It's my fault. A few pages back I posted it seemed I lost my hardware package for that servo. I found what I thought was a replacement from a 9 gram HXT servo. It seemed ok when I trail fit it. I don't know. I think the best bet is to replace the whole servo and be done with it. I'm not letting a $6.00 part spoil an otherwise plesent build. Last time I looked they were out of stock on the web site. I'm going to be near my LHS tonight. I'll just pick one up there.

Mix for knife edge

Well, I went to the park to mix out my knife edge flight...... there was nothin' to mix out. Right hand off, knife edge all day long. I would love to see a
VPP build/set-up/video on one of these.

You'd be fine with your servo arms. In fact, the Yak doesn't really need those extensions to fly well. However, I did install the extension on the ele - I like the long throw.
