I am not personally aware of the "brand" of these receivers....but have seen them online before. How many channels are there? They look like maybe 6 channel

You are correct. They're hobby king 6ch receivers with satellites. 45 is a good price for two. They usually sell on here for around 25 per set.

When the input voltage says 3.4 v to 9.6 v can I use a 11.1 volt battery? I have a tower Hobby p51 and need a receiver for it can I use an 11.1 battery with this receiver?

I have no idea... But if it says 3.4 - 9.6, then why risk frying it at 11.1?

Yes, the ESC brings the voltage down.
You woundn't want to plug a 3 cell lipo straight into any receiver.

I'd like to help you out, but I need to sell these as a set of 2 rx/sat for $45, or as a rx/sat pair for $25 each.
