I cut some disk out last year. My luck I couldn't keep them on. They kept coming off so I gave up.

Hairless what do you use to keep yours on? Glue or something as I know the backings are never sticky enough for me.

Nothing the key is make sure your tires are clean. Normally once I get a new set of tires I never have to replace the disc again until I change tires or someone like Ceri T Bones me in the side! If I need to replace a disc or two then simple light soap works for cleaning the tires. Of course I condition them after the cleaning process. It keeps them soft and gummy.

No you need to make sure your tires are clean before putting the disc on. Jessie a good friend of mine who also races showed me how to make them as well. You can use basic 3m contact paper and a round template. I don't buy them anymore. Besides there getting hard to find these days.
