Wow it really is light!
I wonder about the motor used; the KV sounds awfully familiar ... Like the Tunigy 1015.
Funny that every initial commercial release of a nano jet has been with the F-86 (J-Power, Art-Tech and now Great Planes).

Its probably the easiest to make with that straight flow through design.

Slaanesh - from what I know, the motor is a slightly higher kV and much more efficient than that HK inrunner.

Razor - Yes, this will have no problems flying indoors. Not single court basketball rooms of course but indoor sites of double BB courts and up.

Robert - I have a range of G3 lipo packs so it looks like I am stocked up and ready to roll.

I'm already thinking of ways to modify the aileron setup.

Now all we can do is wait for the buy button to appear!

in comparision with speed, do you think these would need to fly faster than the UMX Beast or Suk xp to stay airborne?

The plane can fly slow enough to stay in formation with a Albatros. With a competent pilot it will fly figure 8s in a double Gym. No napping however:-)

It's about 60% of the weight of my 35mm HK F86, so it should slow down nicely. Might have to sell the HK version and replace it with this. I can definitely fly this in a parking lot instead of having to find a big ball field.

Is it 10mm or 12mm?

And it will probably mean that the motor will be available separately - though I bet at a hefty price point.

It's a 10mm motor.

I hope they do come out as a part.

As for price - it can't be any worse than the 40 odd dollars I have been paying for each and every one of these little inrunners and outrunners I have here simply to test them in a search for the best setup....

Consistantly faster than 40 mph between upwind and downwind averaged. Will also perform continuous loops until BEC is hit. check the video and i think you will agree it motors for its size. It also handles wind really well. very comfortable in a 10mph wind.
