I tried online chat... on 2 different days.. both times they said wait 24 hours and will send you tracking number.... what a big LIE......

nothing so far...

Yes, If I'd have known they did not ship promptly I would not have ordered. They don't have very good support.
I should have checked here first to see that others were not getting good ship times.
