at this years landkamp (biggest multicopterevent in europe) we did it again and the spectators nearly freaked out was a very cool and fun event.

here are some photos and videos which others made from our flight at landkamp:

Mr. Lifter - Furthest Distance
Hi,

My wife and I just got into RC and we are having lots of fun building multicopters.
We have an idea for the distance record… We are hoping that it is within the spirit of the competition, but we will have fun building and trying it even if it doesn't qualify.

1. The quad will fly with "+" configuration: The left and right arms would be wings.

2. All the motors would be mounted pitched forward X degrees (X angle to be determined). At hover the quad would be pitched X degrees back. At cruise speed it would be level... and so present the minimum frontal area at cruise.

Cheers,
AUV

If anyone is interested I have some tiger MT4008 motors for sale 8 of them

I can't get them to work properly with flashed esc so I am thinking I will sell them

They have maybe 20 min air time and are very quiet and efficient

Pm me

I like!

Now, fill with beer, add a remote controlled tap and a length of hose, fly to the beach and festivals and get everybody drunk.

Hi Tim,

My wife and I just moved from Boston to St Louis five days ago so the project is going slow...
But it is moving:-)

Biggest issue right now is the airfoil- low drag airfoil (long!) or heavy lift airfoil... low drag would mean a very big quad...
We're thinking that we should build a quad around 1000mm for the first try.

Cheers,
Van
