v911 vs 9958

Played with a coax and I think I want to try a 4ch single rotor. Im stuck between both In the title are they compairable? I don't know a great deal about the different models just these to seem to spring out at me. I guess the thing id like most is a bit of durability apart from that just a fun chopper to fly around the house and tge work shop at work

Looks like the v911 is having trouble clearing customs which is a shame

I haven't seen anybody in the US say they've had trouble getting their v911 so hopefully it stays that way.

Did you compare the Tx of these two? The v911 has a boxy one more like I'm used to; the 9958 is more videogame-ish.

I've noticed people who have multiple types tend to like the Solo pro more than the 9958 and the V911 similarly to the Solo pro.

Actually the v911 is pretty similar to the Solo Pro except for its very responsive rudder. Otherwise I would think that the v911 is a pretty good helicopter for someone moving up from a 3ch coax.

Parts availability is no issue. The only thing about the v911 is that replacing motors requires you to solder the wires. The Solo Pro is plug and play, which is much easier. Then again, I've yet to really crash my v911 even after some rough flying. So I would say the v911 is definitely suitable for someone who has little experience.

I live in the UK so bit concerned about customs issues on the v911. Soldiering isn't a problem I do a fair bit at work. Not sure which tx id prefer never tried tge video game style controller.

Among all the Solo Pro,I can not say which would be better ,while, the v911 is a pretty good helicopter for the beginners and skilled players.
