G your kidding me right. They are charging $89 for foam? And they strip it of anything meaningful?
Ya may as well get a new kit keep the parts as spares.
Do you know if they started doing the same with the Euro. That wasn't stripped.

I hope he's kidding and hope BH was wrong. $89 for foam $7 tax and $17 to ship it. Man that's gouging if I've ever seen it. That's the reason I almost didn't order it, because might as well get the kit for that price, like Max said.

I no kidding. This is what I get when I ordered the fuse.The box is the same box like your PnP version. It is a big box, now you know why your shipping cost so much.

Many here shown you it can be repair if it is foam. Glass fuselage ???? Good luck to you.

Thanks for the info Genghiskt. Well at least I get the wires, was gonna be really pissed if I had to rewire everything again. Either way its a spare to a spare fuse so I won't be using it for a while n e how, I hope. Still a lil irritated that no sequencer nose gear door servo is included.

Nose gear door servo, i think there is. I think so. I just got some spare door hinges.

They give you the wires because some wires have to in before they glue the fuse together.

O yes, the wires that come with fuse are thicker now. FW has made some improvement. Lol...

I have missed something... where are you getting your spare fuses from?

Actually you can run the wiring through this fuse with little effort.
I pulled out all the Y's for aileron and stabs to single wires.
I even reran all of the radio wire from the aft over the center channel.
That was one thing I was thankful for.

Hey guys , so i was going to order this plane tomorrow , but it looks like i wont be able to use it with my dx6i , what is the least amount of channels you can get away with on this thing?

Three. Throttle, left and right taileron.

Anything more is happy days

If you don't use the TV, you can bring it down to 5 (throttle, rudder, elevator, aileron and gear).
Yaw only TV would go up to 6.

Yup you'll be fine on dx6i, go for it and let me/us know when you ready and I/we can help you setup you radio and plane wiring.
