"No Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness"

The "No Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness" has previously been marked to Helicopter Pilots only via a For Sale Thread in Heli Freak. I have been thinking that this also can be beneficial to the Model Airplane Pilot also. Not only do I fly Helicopters, but I fly airplanes too, so I can see the need and benefits of this transmitter harness for an Airplane Pilot.

Heli Freak Thread...
http://www.helifreak.com/showthread....72#post2991972

Here is the add that is posted on Heli Freak, please PM me either here at RCGroups or at Heli Freak or email me at backburner55@sbcglobal.net with any questions or orders.

It is available for $25.95 shipped in the United States, but from now, until January 31, 2012, anybody from RCGroups that orders one will get it for $20.00 shipped in the United States.

By the way, these are hand made by Me in my house, not by any design or marketing company. Hand made by a fellow flier to help out other fliers enjoy their hobby more.

I will also do group orders for clubs.

The "No-Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness"

The "No-Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness" is a new design based on a generic Binocular Suspension Harness, and is intended to replace the standard transmitter neck strap. This new design eliminates the stress and discomfort of the neck area that is caused by the weight and movement of your transmitter hanging from your neck. The new design places all of the load evenly distributed over both of your shoulders.

The design of the Suspension Harness allows you to bend over your helicopter or plane to make any adjustments and does not let your transmitter swing out into your area of reach, banging into your aircraft and getting in the way.

The "No-Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness" is easy to put on and comfortable to wear the entire time at the flying field and is easily used by both "Thumbs" and "Pinch" type fliers. The Harness is easily adjustable to all sizes and transmitter elevations. It fits comfortably over heavy sweatshirts and jackets for cold weather flying.

The "No-Neck Transmitter Suspension Harness" is available for $25.95 shipped in the Continental United States. International Insured shipping is available for an additional cost, please contact me for additional shipping costs. All International shipments will be sent via International Priority Insured.

The Harness is available in 3 different sizes, Medium for youth and smaller individuals, Large for average Adults, and X-Large for the larger members. It is available in 5 standard colors which include, Black, Blue, Red, Orange and Yellow. Many other colors and patterns are available upon request. When ordering, please specify which size and color preference.

Payments can be made via PayPal to backburner55@sbcglobal.net. I also can be contacted for info or ordering via PM or E-Mail.

Colors and patterns can be seen for ordering purposes at the following links.

Nice! Is this only for guys that don't have a neck, or can anybody use it?

I like it, very nice. It has a bit of a Euro vibe going on.

Haha... Anybody can use it, the name is just a play on the fact that it does not put pressure on your neck.

I like to get two

It is not a good idea to carry the equivalent of a brick hanging from your spine cord (neck) during a whole day of flying.

PM sent on getting two of these (red and blue) in L size.

All the best,

Luis

I like the idea as I have been looking to go back to a neck strap but...... How do you use the TX to cover the sun when you are thermaling near the it? The harness would effectively stop a glider pilot from holding the Tx up in this way - would it not?
