How do you measure 1S battery voltage?

I am a newbie and I just bought my first heli. I have some 150 mAh Eflite batteries and I would like to know how I can measure their voltage.

The pins are too close together to safely use a voltmeter. What should I do?

I do not have a digital charger yet. All I have is the stock Celectra charger.

Multimeter probes shouldnt be too hard to use on a Eflite micro connector if youre careful.

You can buy a female JST pigtail that comes with a few inches of wire already on it and that will give you some more room to use a voltmeter

I use a cheap "battery monitor" from HobbyKing. You need to add a second dedicated cell to it first as it only works with 2-6 cells. Note that the dedicated cell should be unplugged when not in use as it will discharge.

I use a multi meter and have a set of wires with battery conn on one side and just bare wires on other end that I plug into multimeter. Check them real quick. Good thing to do to see how you are doing on flight times.
