New Dyne-O-Mite 1M DLG


Hello out there from RCbobcat55.I now have CADD drawn 3 views and photos of protoypes available at RCbobcat55@yahoo.com or look further on in this blog for RCrobby's posting-he is my laser cutter and drew up the 3 views from my sketches and patterns. The box artwork is now done and I am working on the instructions. I am offering special intro discounts (90.00 plus free shipping) to builders who will write reviews and give feedback. You can PM me for info at RCbobcat55@yahoo.com Bob Markle-RJM Systems . I have 6 kits boxed and ready to ship, I will be e-mailing the first 6 customers on my list. I have ordered 6 more sets of laser cut parts and am in the process of sheeting 6 more wings. PM me if you have any questions or wish to place an order. I will be working on kits to ship to my dealers soon. Final pricing is as follows: 90.00 intro plus $5.00 shipping 125.00 list price. Add 5.00 extra for the V dihedral version as it requires more carbon fiber re-enforcement. After the first 24 kits the intro price will go up to 95.00 plus shipping. We are using the Drela AG03 on the root and tip. I just picked up 6 sets of laser cut parts and will be cutting cores this weekend. Thanks for the inquiry. I received my kit from Bob this week.
Everything looks real nice in the kit.
Should be a pretty easy build.

I started it today and got the wing panels capped.
Tip panels glued to the center panel.
Glassed the bottom of the wing joints at the tip/center locations.

I do the fiberglass in 4 pieces rather than trying to wrap from top to bottom.
Comes out a lot nicer this way.
I also poke small holes in the foam at the joints so the epoxy glues into little rods that help carry to load of the tip to center panel connection.
I am sure most people do this also...

Looks great. This weekend I was finishing up my old harlequin and cleaning my work area off . I haven't gotten any directions yet but it looks pretty straight forward.
