I have flown a few of the FMS Minis as stated below. They turned out great each time. I enjoyed flying the P-47 Thunderbolt the most. The Skyraider tracks straight and true. The mustang is one of most stable-flying Mustang models with no bad tendencies to stall. The Zero looks most impressive when making its turns and rolls. Wonder if I should grab another?

No doubt they are nice....

I'm not buying anyone of them since PARTS are scarce

I've been reading many threads with owners looking for parts and not finding any

When I access hobby shop websites, "Out of stock" logo.....

The sad part is my local hobby shop here in Canada is not carying the product for the same reasons.
PARKZONE are cute and I'm flying the Spitfire. Darn I wish they(PKZNE) would produce the 1400mm size

Just head to PW-RC.com or RC-Castle.com and you'll find the stuff you are looking for

Yup, I've never had an issue getting parts from those two shops.

I have:
Cessna 182 (ok, it's not a warbird.. )
P-51 Mustang
P-40 Warhawk

And soon, the F-4U Corsair. And, more I'm sure in the future.

I have the
Blue Nose 51
Zero
P-47
B25
Gray Corsair
The only real concern I have had is the CG in the manual SUCKS!!! And the "pin" that rotates the rectracts on the Corsair is the worst design I have ever seen. P.O.S. in fact.

Hey guys,
So far, I have the following ArtTech/FMS:

(1) F6F Hellcat(1100mm)
(3) F4U Corsairs(2-800mm, 1-1000mm)
(2) Hawker Tempests(800mm, 1-ARF/1-kit)
(1) non-w/b....Cessna 182

Minor tweeking with each & they fly well. They are good quality units & very reasonably priced IMO.

I have just two of them but I plan to add more.
I have the 1400 mm T28 in the red and white which was a kit that I have done some heavy weathering on to look like the ones that saw a lot of use. The 1400 mm Stuka which was a kit as well that I plan to do the same treatment to. John

So far I have the
Cessna 182
Call me the 800mm king
2 X Bf 109 800's one with retracts.
P-47 800mm
Spitfire 800mm
P-40 800mm
F4u Corsair 1400mm
F4u Corsair 800mm under the old Chrismas tree.
Never had a problem with parts, if NP dont have them then PW-RC, RC Castle, or SN Hobbies you may have to wait but that is a reason to more planes in your hanger.

PW-RC and others....

Yep good answers....

I've checked for model availabilty and the price would be around $100CN to have a kit sent to me

Then ordering parts would cost me double $$$$$

Where is PW-RC located ?

Darn....

Checked the shipping cost and it would range between $80-$125 to have it shipped.

That means twice the price of the actual plane
Maybe I should order two and not worry about parts

No Phil!

If you are located in the US (are you?), you should get the models at Nitroplanes and order the spare parts from PW-RC and/or RC-Castle. A prop and spinner or other smaller parts will only cost you $10 shipping at max!

Both shops are located in Hong Kong, just like Hobby King, R2 Hobbies and others...

Cheers,
Bernhard
