Landing speed your definitely right but I found its not till you turn final that your butt cheeks clench as you think geez this is a bit quick. this is a video of my PSS Bearcats maiden awhile back it weighs in at 33lbs and even with full flap lands pretty quick as you can see. A big Talon build for the slope is a big yes

even at 30 lbs, these will be floaters. im shooting for high 20's (maybe thats just a pipe dream) theres so much lift generated by the fuse at landing aoa, that these things will be incredible to watch fly.

thought on the lack of ducting was keep the speed in the range where the airframe will hold together LOL. if they are relaly slow, well then we'll think about ducting, or just screw it and go turbine lol. ive always wanted a turbine, and this would make a great one lol.

you might need ducts if using the smaller 90mm fans ...you'll need all the eflux you can get .should fly very scale and be a floater on landings ...like your F-5 was.

This is so cool! I'm stationed at Whiteman AFB and we have T-38s. Those little suckers are always scooting around. I can't wait to see the finished product! Subscribed!

So I'm not going to lie, I seen the picture on the side of RCG, and I think, OMG, F18 pics from the crash?! (I know kinda bad taste, but hey nobody was seriously hurt from what I gather) So then I clicked it, and see that it is not in fact a picture of an f18, but that of a t38 crashed into someones living room... and I think my gosh, what did that cost to buy? THEN I seen it's not painted and it hits me in the face SCRATCH BUILT!?!

AMAZING!!!

This is absolutely stunning. Looking forward to a maiden video.

Sorry if I missed it, but could you give us some info on the power setup you plan on using? Some pics of the insides would also be of interest. Also, AUW, wing area, etc.
