nothing to it for you ...it will be a piece of cake . hell it might fly at such a slow speed you could lift off and if it's twitchy just set it back down.i think c/g will be the biggest factor.

Have a good time, Andy, you've earned it. If it doesn't feel right, it isn't. If it feels good, go for it!
Cautious optimism is the path. Have fun.

Thats the same way I use my keychain cam... but I velcro it to the bill of the cap not the top. I also bent a piece of mig weld wire and extreme taped it so that it comes down in front of my face for a an "aim-sight". Works very well. It stops at center vertically and its in the center of my vision so binocular vision makes the single wire appear in my vision as 2 wires one on each side of the "frame" if-you-will. However, with no zoom, you have to keep the plane close to you to avoid the dot-on-the-screen effect.

Good luck on the maiden. I'm a little nervous for you.

Maverick: You don’t have time to think up there. If you think, you’re dead.

Stinger: And if you screw up just this much, you’ll be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog Sh#*t out of Hong Kong!

Maverick: Yes sir!

Best of luck Falcon!!!

um, no mine is much more subtle.... a little less geeky. But very effective.

Good luck Falcon 5.... with your larger scale, the dot on the screen probly wont be so bad. !

Currently on wind patrol wingman, Friday say's gusting to 23, Saturday gusts to 36..jet is ready...Odd hours at work this week prevents an early morning maiden to beat the winds...Sunday and Monday I am off all day so those days are good possibilities.

I dug around for some scrap foam and pieced together a rudimentary and kinda hideous temporary canopy just to get me through the maiden

Thanks again for all the well winshin; guys, !!!!!

With all the great info you guys have been giving about how much lift the fuselage provides I re programed the gear doors to close when the gear is down to get every last bit of surface area available. I do like the look better with doors open while taxing though but ehhh if she has a lift to spare i can change it back.
