Yea Nut I put some Williams brothers balloon wheels on and I like em allot. A tad heavy but I figure already at 42+ pounds what's and extra 2oz.

Yep Roger, If I figure if I didn't have to eat or sleep that would free up allot of extra time to paint the house..oh well I guess the house will wait...hey I am a renter anyway..so let me give that land lord a call

Well as for moveing the 38 to the islands if she is still in one piece 2.5 years from now I will hold a raffle, sell tickets for $10 a piece and we can donate the proceeds to the falcon5 scholarship fund. We will get all the young kinds out there to write an aviation essay and I will give the ticket sales to the winner

I have seen videos of them that have it. I think Dragon Labs may have it but not sure.

Did my second FPV flight today..this time from my back yard. MUCH better this time around. I really enjoyed cruising around Tonopah from the cockpit of a model airplane. My appraoch to landing was way better with the standard downwind, base, and final turnes.

One thing I noticed is you would be surprised how much we over control our model airplanes and don't even know it. We miss all those fine movements a plane makes from the ground but you notice them from the cockpit. It felt like I was barely moving the sticks to get the plane to do what I wanted but flying it looking at it from the ground It seemed I needed more stick movement.

Man Brent a couple cheep foamy's set up for FPV and you and I would have an absolut blast!!!..Sitting under the EZ UP's in Vegas in two nice comfortable chairs chaising each other around the sky. We should make it a goal for next year.

After I get a little better I look forward to trying aerobatics.

It was interesting when I was flying and looked down and saw I was over my house, I took the goggles off and looked up and it took me a little bit to find the plane...turned out it was a little speck up there..I didn't think I was quite that high but...I guess so

OK ..another FPV finding. How to have an out of body experiance...When you see yourself from the air it's weird because it's not like looking at yourself in the mirror. With FPV you see yourself but it feels like your consiancnous is in the airplane and your body on the ground is just another person, but you know that other person is you....Yeah..I know ...twilight zone LOL..

Really nice pic of the finished T38, awesome! Looking forward to some more flights.
And really great idea to go FPV. That will be awesome too. "Cheap jet pilot"

Bad you are the only one in your area, but you guys have to much space out there So a runway for free is also perfect!

I had a 4 week holiday in the west till last week, was really cool
regards Martin
