Anyone thought of using these? Place them in the top of the wing right over the CG or around there and and they should work great! I don't currently posses an X8 so I am not sure of the wing thickness but they should work

Vert,

Yellow is one of the first colors to go when filtered through atmosphere. You might want to keep it in close on those hazy days.

Hi friends! Yesterday raised its X8 the first time. There was a strong wind is 5-7m / s was scary, but I coped. It flies well!
Engine 35-48 (800kv)
12x8 folding propeller, battery banks 6A 4, flying weight - 2.3 kg.

I've just finished to read all the pages...

Anyway i think that this x8 could be an intresting platform to develop my uav board, now i'm using an easystar with ailerons and a brushless motor...

Good flight and good video Nedz!

Looks like your X8 was doing very well in the wind. That was a nice "skip-n-go" there on the landing!

That's cool! You generally never get to find out! And I agree - the X8 would make a good UAV platform.
