Wipers curing.


The wipers are formed with the mylar tucked under the wing skin. Curing as I write. All surfaces are bottom hinged.

Winter maiden flight?


Yes Andrew, its a lot of work. However, like most building methods, the next one will be less work and somewhat quicker.

As for flying it, I can't see that happening untill winter. I'm not sure we have a summer flying site suitable for the maiden flight.

Have you read the wiper description on Joe Manor's thead Johann?
He describes them well. I think I included the link on a previous post.
