I didn't see any bearings in any of the 4 sources I linked up. And the photos in those links clearly shows no bearings in the swash plate.

Go look at the close up shots of the swash plate on this page, near page bottom under "More Images" ... swash parts on the heli look the same as the spare parts.

Help, MODE 2 Please

OK guys, I've had a couple of shaky flights but no damage to heli, house or limbs.

How do I change the TX to Mode 2... I'm still fairly new to the RC world but I think that's the mode I want to be in right?

Thanks
Ken

Sure, no problem. Good luck.

Just bound the choper to my Flysky Th9x (same as turnigy).

Had to do it like 6 times the right way, you have to be extremely fast otherwise it won't bind.

Tried different ways but no joy.

Right way (same as to bound a RX) :

Power on "Corter"

Rapidly turn TX on while holding the bind button.

Wait until led stops flashing, then power off choper, then power off TX.

Bind done.

After that, power on TX then choper.

Enjoy flying

And btw, put your throttle trim all the way down, don't bind with it centered... been there done that

It should already be in Mode 2 ... I think all V911s TXs come that way (even though it says "Mode 1" on the LCD display window).

Mode 2 will have the following functions - let us know if yours is different than listed below.

Left Stick:
Throttle = stick up/down
Left yaw = stick left
Right yaw = stick right

Right Stick:
Forward = stick fwd
Backwards = stick backwards
Roll Left = stick left
Roll right = stick right

Yeah it flies much better with a nicely programmed 9x...almost a different experience all together.

Emphasis on putting throttle trim all the way down before binding or youre in for a surprise. Mine flew full throttle from the livingroom to the kitchen, hitting my wife haha.

Hi,Thanks for your nice suggestions.If some items you want to buy are truely higher than other stores,just send me PMs or email me.I will make a price match with others according to our reality.We absolutely will show a satisfactory price for you.I'd like to make our products the lowest price among all the online stores,so need your help to give me more information.While one thing we should keep in mind is that we should pay more attention to the quality,

Aaron, that's great news.

Again, it's also nice of you to contribute. Many vendors aren't interested in anything else but $, , and .

Top job!

V911 Trim Problems

Either I've got a bad one or I'm not able to correctly trim this turkey or I have no real clue what I'm doing...
Probably a bit of all three I guess.
I've gone through about 4 flight attempts and I haven't been able to keep her in the air for any longer than about 4-5 seconds before I have to kill throttle and let her drop to the carpet because she's drifting or spinning or going out of control.
When I give it a little throttle she will start to skim along the floor backwards and to the left. I've tried adjusting trim (not 100% sure which ones) but the backwards things never completely goes away.
The few times I've had it in the air and tried to turn left (spin left) it will often spin left fast, lose altitude and backup very fast.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Surely I'm not that bad going from 3 channel to 4 channel. I'm not trying to do loops around the living room just want to get it into a stable hoover for now.
Please help.
I've included a diagram of the TX so that (since I don't know all the lingo it may make it easier to help the slow guy out).
* I even moved the linkage to the swashplate from the outer holes to the inner holes, seems like I read somewhere that the inner holes will make it more stable)

If I can't figure this out, I'll have a slightly used V911 for sale soon.

One more thing, sometimes there's a noticable wobble, shutter to it. Don't know if that helps either.
thanks
Ken

Dibs, Ken.

Ken, you could consult the trimming tutorial in section 4 of this other thread. It's for a different but similar helicopter, but the concept is the same.
