Solo Pro's TX will not bind with the v911. Different protocol.

The v911 will bind with the Turnigy 9x, FlySky FS-TH9x. It will also bind to the Xieda 9958, but a couple of channels are reverse. It binds to the Trex 100s, but I don't know if any of the channels are reverse.

9X, awesome for me! Any ETA on the BNF's then? I have ordered the heli, but if I can save $10-15 on each heli I'll change order to 2 x heli's, I can use 9X and flysky T6A.

Good to know, thanks...mine was dispatched on the same day as yours. Wonder how much longer is shipping to the US.

Any news on getting turnigy 9x to sell with that BNF?

Aaron,

Great news about the BNF - just go for the lowest price, there is no need for a fency gift box
As others said, it will be great if you will also sell the Turnigy 9x/FlySky T9x transmitter - you can sell it alone, and as a bundle with the v911.

P.S. I have some small problems with my order (44760) - I sent you a PM about it. It will be great if you can help.

YAY! My two V911's turned up today from Bangood. 6 batteries later and I'm happy to report they are both flying very well (even after half a dozen crashes each!). These are my first 4 channel heli and I've been watching this thread from the start so thanks for all your tips. I felt like i knew the heli inside out before i even got it! I've been practicing on an touchscreen phone sim which - believe it or not - seems to have helped me convert from 3 to 4 channel quite easily. I adjusted the trims a little and after the first few flights getting used to it, i'm manging to keep fairly good control and darting around the room doing circles and even a few figure 8's. I've been keeping an eye on the swash plates which have separated slightly on a couple of hard crashes. I used a pair of tweezers to press them back together which was easier than getting my fingers in amongst the servo arms and pushrods. The only other thing was one of the helis had a loose tail motor mount but a small dab of heat resistant silicone has fixed it. These helis are heaps of fun and definitely worth the money. I'm only learning but its hard to resist flying like a maniac!
PS. Aaron, I'd get a BNF V911 or 2!! Any old packaging is fine as long as it gets here undamaged.

I bought my first V911 through Amazon but it was shipped from China. It took 2 days to leave the shipper, 6 days to cross the Pacific, 4 days to go from Los Angeles to Santa Clarita, CA, then 2 days to get to my house in Illinois. You should've gotten yours by now.

Mine took 1 day to go from HK to Los Angeles. Where it sat in custom for 7days.

Remember the Chinese New Year backlogged everything.

Aaron,

Regarding v911 part bundles, could you please confirm that SKU026776 includes "Turntable cover" (SKU026051) as pictured, not a "Fixed Main Motor" (SKU026058) as described and pictured with SKU026775.

And lastly (of if any one else my know) is the landing skid (SKU026041) actually replaceable on the v911, or is it glued onto the main frame, in which case the whole assembly would need to be replaced?

Who was it with the CA debonder and was suppose to report back on whether it worked to remove the CA skids from the main frame?
