I would rather up[grade to the bravo sx instead of the original OR if you don't mind waiting a long time for shipping, the helios

That works too.
Do you know a website where I could get the main and tail set? Or should I only be replacing the main with the bravo sx, and not the tail?

I'm still learning a lot with "what's what" on the heli end of this hobby. This is my first heli that i've ever flown consistently. I love this thing!

Tmart is another option state side, but the price is the same as the Amazon deal you found. Clubheli is a good resource for Bravo Sx parts, but they are out of stock on the motor right now. When one of my boards went south I had a similar issue.See if your have good voltage to the board from the battery leads and to the motor. You can also test the motor minus the main gear.

While waiting my new Hughes s300 canopy from China, I painted the original canopy matt black and put some silver tape on it

Also cutted a small piece off from the bottom to get the flipped battery off without removing the canopy

T mart used to have us warehouse for 6.99 pair but have been China store only for some time now. Stock up from bangood and get a spare heli only for $20.

HELIOS is an other v911 size heli somewhat faster, bigger batteries, paddled flybar. Dosent bind with other nicer transmitters though.

Hello fellow V911 flyers...Simple question pertaining to the main carbon shaft from a solo pro 260.
Is this a direct drop in replacement or are mods needed?..All the pics show the shaft with the solo pro head in which i was under the impression was different from the V911.So if it is will i need solo blades and flybar as part of the swap? And whats a good plastic upgrade swash plate for the V911 if any?

Thanks R.sok....I was just on ebay and saw the shaft specifically for the V911.
Was hoping i didnt have to order new blades and flybars..I got the 5 pack replacement blades from banggood when i ordered and the 4 pack of the flybars.
.7 of a gram weight loss always good

Looking further i see the solo pro shaft is alot cheaper price wise...So is it safe to say i can remove the head from that shaft and use it without mods?..I thought i read something about having to drill another hole in the shaft..is this correct?

I thought the plastic looked different but I wasn't going to argue, and just posted what you said. Thanks for the correction. Looks good!
