So After waiting 2 week for my bird to arrive form Banggood.com the packaging was a bit poor, but everything in the inside (Tx, v911, extra batteries) were well protected. After charging up the batteries i took the bird out to fly and all i can say is wow! it handles very well and with minor trimming it hovered perfectly fine! well build unit and as everyone else on here had said its was well worth getting . Thanks

As far as I can tell this is not true, the new plug is a 2 pin JST-PH style similar to what is used on a mCP X (see Here where he refers to the plug as a JST-PH). The nano and mSr use a ultra micro "UM" style.

This looks promising;

It sure looks like the new connector, and its the right polarity too. Can anyone confirm that the mcpx batteries have the same connector as the new v911 batteries?

This is what I have been looking for and I will find a good lipoly charger since I just bought the 5 200mah lipos from amazon.

An Exponential Effort


I have converted the stock TX from linear to exponential curve response by soldering resistors on the PCB. Expo'ing the yaw control is the most helpfull. I modified the yaw control with 1.8K ohm resistors. I modified the pitch control with 2.2K ohm resistors. I modified the roll control with 2.7K ohm resistors.

Remove the canopy, then carefully pop off the rod from the swashplate balls (strong fingernail would help here), the rod comes off without unscrewing the servo arms.

That's exactly what I did. The only reason I removed one of the servo screws was to center the servo arm. If your arms are near center then don't worry about this.

Thanks, looks like I'll learn a lot quickly - First major impact with a wall and my blades came flying off

tail motor problems. again.


Hi people. My second v911 arrived today. After some intensive and extensive flying and a couple of not so brutal crashes the bottom (the posterior lid) of the tail motor is disconnected. The same problem as my first v911, but the first one took some seriuos beating prior. Now it was a banal crash. I suppose i should buy a couple of new motors. But i havent been able to remove the damaged motor. Anybody knows how to remove the bloody tail motor? thanks.

I've got the blades and linkages apart (some done for me due to the crash). I can't seem to get one of links onto the blades. The blade "knob" has bumps. See the picture.

I found some pictures and realized where the different links go and got it all back together. Now I just need to figure out how to fly. Hovers not so much as seems to have a mind of it's own
