I got my order today, which is pretty darn good. Because I got my new heli and plane just yesterday! Now to "play" around with these new "toys". I didnt read very well, lol, and thought that the Beast came with a batt. But no, so these Babble batts are all I've got for my Beast.
* Babble Batts, are you a Seinfeld fan by any chance? Reminds my of Babu Bhat, lol.

Hey RC thanks for the quick delivery of my batts for my UMX Gee Bee! Anyway saw a post by Joel that he is charging them at 5C and says he is getting about 300 cycles out of them. I ordered the 320 and 450 so what specs do you reccomend for charging these little fellers at.

Sorry for the SLW reply!

Hyperion recommends that the first 5 uses are limited to 3C charge rates, and that pilots use throttle management to avoid long periods of max-rate discharge for those first 5 flights.

Hyp 320:

3C charge rate: 320x3=960 (0.9~1.0Amp)
5C charge rate: 320x5=1600 (1.6Amp)


Hyp 450:

3C charge rate: 450x3=1350 (1.3~1.4Amp)
5C charge rate: 450x5=2250 (2.2~2.3Amp)

PMed I hope you got it. If not I would like 2 400mah 2S batts for my UMX CC. I will also be getting either a UMX Beast or UMX Sbach soon as well. Could you tell me the difference between your batts and the stock lightened ones?
