I never gave it much thought, but MPX would be my choice of MFG to introduce a BeechCraft 'Starship'.

I am lucky in than we have a Starship fly over regularly.
I believe it is going from Long Beach to McCellenan Palomar.

Such a work if art and heads and tails prettier than the Piaggio.

Assuming they did would we want canard foreward or swept?
To hit a PP I doubt it would be sweep opperational.

Quite simple: The Cularis is noticeably bigger than the Solius and has a four servo wing.

Most guys would find the Piaggio Avanti way prettier.

Missing the Biggie fellas, the Solius is more of a 'scale' rendering of a sailplane w/ clear canopy, cockpit details, and T tail.
Also, the Solius sports stiffening spars in the fuselage and more functional wing joiner system.
I'm surprised it's so much smaller than the Cularis.

Either way,it should be simple enough to modify for operational canard sweep.Dunno if there would be any advantage though.

Let's not forget the Bugatti 100p also.
Looks like there's a full scale project in process.

Don't you remember, there are no SL molds in existance. They have been destroyed; still, I await one of the Asian firms to cut new molds and start production on the SL.

I couldn't disagree more. Respectively.

The Piaggio to me looks like a bulbous whale with stubby little wings.
When landing gear is down it also looks a little hokey.

Where as the Starship is a sleek Ray with beautiful Delta wing.
Also not having the T tail adds to the appeal.

Luckily tastes differ.

The Piaggio Avanti was much better selling and I guess looks/appearance played a role there too. The Avanti even made it into a mass produced RC model, because it was considered attractive by many modelers.
