Hi Band1. I sure would like to check out your meetings. Feel free to PM me if you have any info. I've met some guys at the pond but I would surely remember your boats if I ever saw them. They are beautiful.

In the past at our runs the club use to set a barge on fire
and all the tugs would get a run at it trying to put the fire out.
The barge was lined with fire proof material so that only the
wood inside would burn.

This is one of the best build in the club. These pictures don't
show all the details and the true beauty.
Fully loaded there are hand made fishing rods for every
person on board. She has hand made lights all around the
cabin and up above. The cabin is all done up and there is also
a finished bathroom in the back. As a fisherman myself this is
a build that really make you want to go home and build one.
All you need is a lot of room.
When she is at a show you can expect her to win!

Old School

This tug was originally started by me, i bought the hull from
the same member that built the push boat and the barges.
I built the tug and finished it grey with very little details, and
turned around and resold it to the same member and he added
lots of details and yellow paint. I will try to find a picture from when i
had it, and looking at it now it looks like a different tug and
i must say that what he did to it makes it look great!

South Street Sea Port

This was a pool that the South Street SP use to
set up so that members could run their boats.
It was only about a foot deep so no big tugs went in.
Check out the blue tug on the left side of the banner.

I still work on the boats, I work on the Prime Time 3, Orient Star, and Sundowner II out of orient, the Peconic star fleet in Greenport, and I have been starting to work on the Hampton Lady in Shinacock. I know a couple guys in Montauk, I know the viking boys pretty well.

I'm thinking about building a model of the viking superstar.
