Paul nice group of boats at the pond today and a great group of guys. My club sails for the year are most likely over and I sure will miss sailing with you guys. Gonna be a long off season so I guess I'll just have to find a winter project or two. Thanks for welcoming the "upstater" all summer.

We are all glad that you joined the club, we have a lot of good builders in the
club and and you're definately up there with those. Now you will have to find
a nice big build for the winter !

Some of the gang think lobstah boats should be slow and sedate and my models run a wee bit to fast. Here is a video of a diesel free for all race from this year. Some of these are bigger boats around 45' and these are working boats that haul pots during the week. The gas boats run about 20mph more than these. This is not my video but I was in Boothbay to see it from shore.
