They say the list price for the t-45 is $289.99 and they don't include them with that so I doubt they are included with the Hawk.

The T-45 was expensive when it first came out, now its not. All their products follow similar patterns.

So the last three times I have contacted HK CS vie online chat each time the "representative" stated that the plane was out of stock then the chat was terminated by them.

Thanks for telling me something I certainly already knew. This is getting to the point of being ridiculous. I payed for the plane almost 7 weeks ago and the bozos over at HK can't even give me a somewhat realistic time frame regarding when the plane will be back in stock. what a joke. Sorry for the rant but I'm tired of crappy/lack of customer service.

Apologies, I am trying to chase up the next batch currently, all the stuff about "missing parts" has caused some considerable confusion, it has taken some backwards and forwards stuff to reach a conclusion as to what should and should not be included with this kit, I will try to see where we are up to and get an ETA for you.
