THIS is the web site where all the plans are FREE - well most of them.

https://www.rcgroups.com/foamies-scratchbuilt-428/

We dont need another. there are already a confusing number of others.

But WE digress from the TOPIC of this Thread !

Please, Lets get back to JUST that.

I dont think Don or Ken wanted an open discussion about everything made of foam.

I like people that speak for people without asking those people .lmao I know some of the plans on rcg belong to those people and they might want to add some of theirs to their site but i cant speak for them. joe

AKA Don
Joe,
You are correct that Ken and Mike are both accomplished designers who have posted around 50 plans between them. We have briefly mentioned the possibility of adding plans to the MPF website. I suspect that some time they may show up there, but as you may guess from the simple website and discussion here we have other issues we are addressing right now. BTW, Mike (springer) is the webmaster and we are trying to keep cost low by doing our own. So, it will likely stay pretty simple for a while.

Like i sad ,i cant speak for others but i dont want any one speaking for me neither . If they want to post some plans now or later iam sure people would use them but its their site and no one should speak for them . Good luck on your endevors. joe

I was merely making suggestion of offering the plans for free on the basis of just offering more. People like to do one stop shopping that is the reason that places like Walmart exist. I realize that Ken and Mike have built some very accomplished aircraft and it would seem natural to offer the plans on the web site along with references to other websites of like fashion. My self I see the need of offering more than just foam.

I hope they sell alot of foam and while they do the site gets bigger to the point its a foam builders site with all the trimmings. I only build in balsa but i will start my first foam builds soon so i realy know nothing about depron except it costs alot. Iam sorry if i offended you about speaking for others but ken and mike seem to be smart guys who can speak for them selfs. You know RCG and others started out small once but had the drive to make it bigger . joe

Um before you whack me for speaking for others, please check ...

I was simply attempting to reiterate that sentiment !

All this NOISE makes it difficult to Monitor for when foam availability occurs !

Go ahead now, hack me some more !
I can take it

yeah, but that was just wishful thinking on Ken's part. we all know that trying to keep scratchbuilders on topic is a faint hope!

Just downloaded wordpress last week and am tinkering with the new and improved, but i expect we'll start with the original. How complicated does it have to be with only a single product? 'course eventually.....

Maybe OPF (One Page Foam-o-rama) Sorry, could help my self . Loving this grass roots startup. America, land of opportunity to do whatever you want and make it a success! Wishing you guys all the best!

Fred

BTW I lived in California forever, had imported blue fff, then found a Lowes that carried it in like Simi Valley (near LA of all places). This new Adams white foam will cure all those heart aches. Ahhhh, progress.....
