I've been lurking on this thread for a while now.

I think we are very lucky to have the individuals on this thread who are willing to do the grunt work necessary to bring something like this to reality.

Dan,
Yes the sheet will be unfaced as they say, no perferations, and specified smooth and flat, cut not folded. Maximum thickness of 6mm with tolerance in thickness driven down.
