Build Log

vs-rotor in the Middle East

Hello everyone
I purchased the glider from one of the RC G members
the pitcheron symtem is not popular here at all, I had no previous building experience with it, it's very even strange
I do not know what a cliff right for him and wind speed
The glider ready the weight 40 OZ and waiting to test flight , I have no idea what to expect
Comments are welcome

Thank you

I can tell you that it will be fast! Very cool to see one of these in Israel!

Any pictures of the linkages? Does that mountain bike have 29 inch wheels?

Slope size? The biggest and best you have. 40 oz is light for a plane like that.

I like the grey/orange paint scheme, by the way.

Very nice! All the best for the maiden flight. Quite a fan of grey and orange as a colour combo too.

Looks nice, Yar!

I'm confused by the first pictures of your wings...with the two tubes in the root rib. What percent chord are you rotating the wings at?

Nice job Yar!

Can't wait for the flight report and your build pics from your next project.

You have a very clean shop

who once shipped a couple of gliders to Isreal

That paint job is ded sexeh! Paint looks matt, makes it even nicer
Yip, you can expect her to be fast, she won't want to slow down for landing either. I'll build a wingeron in about 3 projects time

The rotor needs a large landing zone because it goes FAST forever on landing.....

I second all other comments:
Keep speed up
Downtrim
Nice paint job

Also: It might surprise you when you first give it up elevator. The tail doesn't drop, but the nose goes right up. It just feels DIFFERENT than a normal plane.
