I've flown both Xoar and Falcon props on my GT33.....LOVE the Falcons......I've also got a falcon on my 119...and my 87 will likely get one on the DA60.

Haven't flown one on any of my electric planes yet....but I'm really impressed with Falcon's quality and performance so far.

Selling my 74" (Red Scheme) if any local addicts are interested. This bird is right out of the show room floor. I have had it about 5 months, but only have flown it 15 flights. I'm funding a bigger plane, so I can't just look at the 74 anymore. She's got to go. PM me if interested or you know anyone that is.

Falcon 18x6Wide on my 74/GT33
Falcon 30x12 on my 119/DA170

Soon to try a falcon on a new 87/DA60...

Have not tried any electric props....but I did think that the Falcon E-prop on the 2m Osiris at FLI was cool.....perhaps the best looking prop I've ever seen.....it had that Pattern style like an APC...but in VERY clean and light carbon fiber....wow....

I'm really impressed so far.....my goal is to try any size falcon I need if they make one...no matter what Plane I'm working out.....I'll check to see if they make what I need first.

For the record...one thing I really like also is their support for team pilots that fly their stuff...Josh price put me on to their props at Nall when I was trying to figure out how to prop a new 170.

They are built for both gas and electric.

What size are you going to use? Did you get the Blazing Star mount?

how much throw are you guys getting on elevator? With my DX8 on 150% throw, and triple rates at 125%, i'm getting about 50 degrees in both direction according to the AJ throw meter.

Here is my flight from the $1000 throw down, it was a little windy so I was getting blown around quite a bit. (I can't get the video to imbed tonight I will see if I can fix it tomw).

Also I have tried the falcon E props, I think it had a bit more thrust than a comparable Xoar. My biggest complaint was that the tips were so thin that they were easily chipped.

I fly, therefore, I crash!!!

As my 74" has spent it's whole life in my shop, I hadn't had it beside any of my other planes, and didn't realize how large this plane is. I was cleaning my shop yesterday, and brought it into the "hangar" and realized it's definitely larger than my 72" Extra...and it has a huge stab and elevators!!

+1, it's huge! Speaking of huge 74" Edges... mine has completed it's time in the "body shop" following my take off accident.
Overall, I'm happy with how the repairs went, and think you'd have to look pretty close to see what was fixed. The only part that I'm not happy with is that the wings don't sit PERFECTLY flush with the fuse any longer... but I think it'll still fly fine.

That said, I love my 70" Slick so much, this airplane has become "expendble" for the right price.

If anyone out there wants to come to Vegas (or meet me at either the CA, AZ, or UT and NV border) and get a "slightly less than perfect" 74" Edge in red, let me know. Mine has the Motrolfly 5320-300, ZTW 120HV, CC BEC Pro2, and Hitec HS-5945MGs all around. I'll sell it plug and fly for $650, or bind & fly with AR8000 and TM1000 installed for $775, or complete with 2 pairs of 4s 4000mah 40c batteries for $875
