I missed the delivery man today!.....ergh

Ironically, I was out shipping DLG parts to others.

I'm not leaving the proximity of the front door tomorrow.

Thanks for the fast shipping Bruce...I'll take some pictures of the new one and post here.

Eric won't be posting today. I just got word he is gonna hide under a blanket in his workshop and sob all day because FedEx banged up his wing. Sorry to hear that bro, we will get ya fixed up.

On top of that, my wife made me work on the house all day.
I cursed a bit more that usual today... S&#$ happens!

Thanks for offering to help Bruce. Jonas, it would have been flying very quickly for sure, as the servos were already in the poor wing, yes.

Just had to get a post in to let everyone know why I was slackin off.

Damn dude... When are we as a community going to hold our own "occupy shipping companies" protest? Or sue as a collective organization for emotional distress?

I think we'd to get every single person that has even looked at a DLG to join us in order to file a class-action suit.

Alright, I'm convinced, only way to get a DLG wing safely is to go pick it up your damn self or have it crated by a team of specialists!

Sorry to hear of your woes Eric, I had some of my own today with the Aurora. Rule #1 : don't launch from crappy fields with lots of lumps, they will twist your ankles and take 20' off your launch height.

I prefer that too Sam. Ya have to navigate the lumps...yes.
Hope the ankle feels better. I would have traded you places today, the only sticks I was behind were attached to a paint brush.

Are you going to make it to practice in Wilson? I hope it's windy, my working Polaris will be happy.

No, since I'm a 4.5 hour drive away from Wilson and I can't afford to put gas in the Cessna right now-I know, what a damn hardship, my biggest problem is putting gas in the toys whilest half the known world conducts ponzie schemes to keep each other afloat.

You need to build a 20m Aurora and rubber band power it down here more often Sam.

MMT, any chance you could cook on of those 20M models up? Think of it as a way to prevent shipping damages!

Otherwise I think I have to go to the Germans with an extremely large checkbook.

I just packed up the last batch of Polaris I got from Sweden and will be dropping them off at FedEx on Wed for some early Christmas presents. I have one left that needs a home. Get the scoop straight from the source here: http://www.momentum-mt.se/StaticContent.aspx?pageid=615

Let me know if you want one of these on your workbench this weekend.
