Did you make sure motors are rotating in right directions? I don't mean props blowing air up, but the motor cw/ccw direction according to the diagrams at 1st post, hmm they're same as regular kk board so I guess you did them correctly. Board 'front' is pointing right way? Are you sure you're setting mode dipswitches correctly (looking at them right way, not upside-down)

Yes sir all motors are in the proper direction direction, and props. checked it several times. I checked everything. it turns on calibrates, etc. just will not fly and seems like the modes are messed up.

Ok have some good news. I had to cycle through the modes a few times, and now she is working in plus mode. but for it to fly level it requires alot of trim to the right. and then she will stay level. and once you switch to sport mode, you have to adjust the trim all the way to the left. but it flys, which is good. I also want to say one more thing. BDpowers has great customer service, and is very helpfull even at 4am .

tc3, try not to shake the board when you first power it up. It might be using "idle" gyro values as initial settings.

I am also thinking since I am using it on a small frame, could be part of the problem. but who knows. and usually I set the copter down on a flat surface when I plug it in.

I doubt frame size would require trimming one way or another during flight. Any flight vid?

I got mine, and have had several issues making it work. I have gotten a short flight, but BDpowers is sending me a new board with the upgraded software. we will see how that goes.
