KK2 Flash Error
I've been trying to flash my KK2 Motherboard into OpenAeroV1.2 Beta 10 and I keep getting the same error every time. The worst part about it is that it happens on both my sons computer and mine so I'm stuck. If anyone could help me that would be awesome!

I have used KKflashtool for years, then I found Rapidflash. I like the ease of use, the simple options to change motor direction/comp_pwm/timing/etc. After I converted to mini quads, all my F-30a esc sat for a year. I have 2 USBasp with multiple connectors for the F-30a esc's, several turnigy linkers and nano versions. I first go to the linker and rapid flash, results fail no connection, try three computers, same. I use a lab supply set to 10V 1A, after programmer is connected to servo lead, i power up esc and note the input current, for F-30a, it should be ~70mA if it goes into bootloader mode, if not input current is ~50mA. Its a clear indication its got a problem. With rapidflash, I never get indication i am in bootloader mode.
These are F-30a's I have already flashed with SK bootloader and then updated several times with Rapidflash. For a sanity check, tried USBisp and KKflashtool, no problem. Rapidflash still fail. The problem is KKflashtool does not "easily" allow setting certain features (mentioned above). Maybe rapidflash updated and there is a bug now. I searched for rapidflash thread, none popped up. I ended up flashing them to BLH with a nano through servo leads, but still want the option for rapidflash, any suggestions? tia |

I am trying to run the kkmulticopterflashtool on my Windows 10 desktop.. I have Java 8 installed and have set the System Environment Variable EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\Java 8. I keep getting a error that it does not point to a working JDK or JRE.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Firmware load list issue
Good morning everyone. I've been trying to make KK FlashTool work for a couple of days, but I do not understand why the program does not load the firmware list. I'm using windows 7 32bit. I tried to restore java, I disabled firewall and antivirus and i do not use proxy, but nothing to do. I also tried to change the download address of the firwmare file in "www.chrmoll.de/_media/firmwares.xml.zip" as indicated in a post of this forum. I see the firmware.xml file in the temp folder, but it seems that for some reason the program can not open it. I am attaching files and log errors.

Hi all,
if you go to https://lazyzero.de/start?do=media&n...tool:firmwares you can find all firmware related to KK-boards that I collected over the last years. In the location https://lazyzero.de/start?do=media&n...l:esc_firmware some of the SimonK firmware are stored. But I recommend to use the latest from github. Best LazyZero |

Hi LasyZero
I used your program few days ago without any problems, but when I try today to start this tool, nothing is happens, only a short movement from the Eieruhr I've changed nothing on my computer ( Win10 Prof ), but I've installed all updates from Windows in the time between I can see this tool in the task manager but without any activity Maybe can the virus checker may be the problem ?? Greetings Klaus |

I thing I have found the reason for this malfunction, it seems it's the Bitdefender virus checker. When I deactivate this tools, I can start the flashing tool without any problems
