nah just windy. it will wag in wind no matter what the plane is like.

if it wags in zero wind then you need to look at how it is setup, thrust angle adjusts etc. until that happens i wouldn't worry.

Sweet - thanks man. It was affected by the wind more than I thought it would.

Still... Was a dolly to fly! Ruby saved my arse as I had a failsafe on my Thomas LRS. (it's old and now needs to go) but other than that - went well.

I am running 2 x 3000 3S up front and a 10x7 prop. Puls 40A at WOT. Won't break any speed records, but flies OK just the same. Cruises at around 13A.

Nice! , well emails work well too.
If you build the ZII to accept it then it should do the task easily. You can fit the cam angle to whatever you need to while you build, or build multiple mounts , or mount that adjust angle easily.
Here is one I did that is kinda what you are looking for.
Like I said in the other responce is that you would need to jocky the gear around to manipulate the CG.
And I would use a bungee launcher.
Send me an email , I need to show you some drawings.

We had a FPV meeting here in Norway today. 7 people showed up. That's good considering the small fpv community that we are.
Three of us launched our Z2's. The strong wind didn't help us to get the perfect smooth film that we are used to with the Z2. Here is a video:

No Mate - It's a Turnigy motor. 10x7 prop.

The bird cruises at around 12-15A.

Oh yeah - I hit 107Kph on the day. Fast enough for me.

what speed you get 12-15 amp? Mines doing 60-62mph at 20 amp,,, 40ish mph at 10 amp. I think my props too big

heres a flick from today. i think the setups still just a tad off. my skids are all tore up, probably alot of the problem. once i settled down i got it to track pretty straight.

Not sure exactly! As it was the first flights up, I was not really paying that much attention to the OSD. LOL!!

I will try to get better stats, and maybe even record the ground signal for later review.

PS - Great countryside there mate!
