This is the absolute best argument I can think of for patronizing my local hobby shop specifically, and Horizon Hobby in general. Its refreshing to do business with organizations that care more about keeping a long term customer than the short term sale.
For what it's worth, Horizon Hobby has always treated me right, replaced parts that I broke through my own damn stupid fault, even though they didn't need to. Their customer service was amazing, and from what I understand, they have a reputation in the industry for excellent customer service and support.
