Way to many airplanes!
Thanks for fixing my buddy codes links BC!

@Speedy: Here's a good place to post your buddy codes (they are good only a few weeks though):

You can also post them in RCGroups here:

Last order I received was with international (non-ems) shipping and it took 2 weeks exactly. I just made another order with International shipping as well. International shipping was $14.99.. EMS was $30

Maybe they just like Canadians better!

See how we're listed first?

I've had bad luck with EMS too.. the order sitting in china for like a week.

Okay, maidened mine and boy did it fly quick (there were 10km/h winds). It was okay ini the wind because it has balls, but I did plant it into the ground a couple of times. No reportable damage, just the spinner got a little dinged.

Given that I am used to flying that UM T28, this thing is twitchy! Even on 45% expo I was overdoing controls.

It rolls like a dream, it climbs like a dream, I did some stalls, no 3D (I don't know any 3D for planes yet but on helis no probs).

VERY happy! My four batteries gave me the time I needed but I could use a few more batts. I flew mostly at 60% throttle.

I will get more adventurous when/if the wind stops.

EDIT: I had about 3 mins flight with batts and now that I measure them I see that they still had plenty of capacity (3.9V remaining). Oh and the worst part of the plane is getting the 180 battery into that compartment with all the battery wires. The battery also likes to sneak forward into the cavity if you nose it into the ground...

Fly, crash, glue. Repeat.
Sweet. Congrats on the maiden.

So assuming it does fly with the 350 mAh battery we should be seeing 5 1/2 mins or so of flight time.

Damn mine's still stuck in customs.

Not certain of the pitch of the prop but do you think it would be a good idea to use a prop with less pitch to slow it down and also lower battery use? Just curious.

Definitely a prop with less pitch will conserve power. Haven't received mine yet but I bet the prop is close to square (pitch/diameter about equal). Also it looks like some weight can be removed by cleaning up the power wiring. Mine is waiting at the post office so I'll know tomorrow.
