How do I clean this frame up?

I got the frame & parts in the mail. Thanks very much for the quick shipping.
I'm surprised to see the edge of the cuts though. They looked burnt, smoked, and not smooth. I've always imagined a CNC cut is smooth and clean, like those in your photos, not like this.

So how do I clean them up? sand paper and re-drill all the holes with a little bigger drill bit?

Thanks

-Thanh

Hi Thanh,
This is MiniQuad made polycarbonate , not aycrilic
This is policarbonate material laser cut interaction. I never cut CNC any kit. All of kits cutted with laser
You can clean with wood stick. You do not clean the areas under the brushless motor.

Finally I had some time to put this thing together.
I had leftover KDA20-50S from my miniframe that they were way too big for and the HobbyKing blueseries 12A escs which I reflashed with good firmware.

It flies pretty good with my "Naze" flightboard.

BambuCopter frame + Naze FC + BlueSeries 12A simonk reflash (0 min 26 sec)

Not sure what the deal with the end of the video, needs more fly-testing outside. Hopefully not a ESC reset issue.

i have seen some smooth with laser as well from people. the acrylic and poly i cut on my cnc have nice smooth edging, not sure why yours wasnt smooth, and concerns me because i planned to buy a laser as well, but here is a sample i cut on my cnc, smooth edges.

looked pretty good, but the motor drop at the end, cant help to think it was the motors fault as i went through many of the 50s motors, and you certainly weren't draining enough amps to the esc to matter. you think esc reset? otherwise looked good!

Re flashed esc, not sure if 12A blue series have reset issues or not like rct 10A .
Need to hover more to test. The battery was at 7.3V at the time. I dunno how that is for 2S .

Hi Widelec,

I'm about to order this kit, meanwhile I'm getting some stuffs from HK, do you think if this prop suitable but it's not slow prop tho. I'm from Singapore so it's easier to get my items from HK...

Regards,
Edwin.K
