I don't know. Whatever that would come out as. It's normal to start with the power system and base it around that.

I guess it would be 1200mm-1400mm length

Guys, here we must remember that increasing the size entails an increase in square footage and cost of the CNC model.
You can take the length of 2500mm, get 51 layer. The perimeter of each layer is equal to approximately 1000 mm, and when to cut the shell, then the average value of 1800 mm.
1 meter cutting machines, worth U.S. $ 1.7-1.8
The result, model SU-27, 2200-2500 will consist of 200 meters, NC
or 360 U.S. dollars.
How many want to find?

Is that a problem?!
I think 360$ is not that much for that size.

I would vote for models:

T38 http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/...d-model/393134
F101 Voodoo http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPrevie....cfm/ID/284187
EE Lightning http://freespace.virgin.net/pbratt.h...0LWO%20C4D.htm
Saab 105

3D files would not be the problem, but the work to get it to CNC cut files.....

Yes, this would really be great! And 360-400USD is (in my opinion) still a good price for this size!

And then one to Graz (Austria) and one to Maribor (Slovenia)

Yes we do!

A 1,60 - 2m L 39 suited for a 100-120mm fan would be awsome!
For anything less than 500USD and I'll buy one!
